It's no surprise, thanks to two crossover films, that the Alien films and Predator films are in the same universe, but the order can get confusing. With films being released, so far, in five separate decades this is a rich, fully developed universe. This follows the time of events and not the order of release.

This order allows the events to make sense. Just close your eyes when they show the date of Predator 2, or laugh at how bad L.A. was supposed to be a few years ago. Your choice.
We have also decided to leave Blade Runner as its own universe. Although Ridley Scott has stated that the Blade Runner universe becomes the Alien universe the events just don't mesh on anything but a cosmetic level. If you want to include Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049 watch them after Predators.
